No. Booking online holds your slot for free — you only pay at the salon once your nails are done.
Up to 15 minutes late is fine. Beyond that we may need to move you to another slot depending on the technician’s schedule — please call us ahead.
Open My bookings (or Look up a booking), choose your booking and press Cancel — free if you cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.
Gel polish stays beautiful for about 3–4 weeks. Acrylic and dip powder can last longer depending on how fast your nails grow.
Yes. We offer nail care and polish for men too — just book as usual.
Of course. For kids we use gentle services, odourless polish and quick sessions so they never sit for long.
